Warranty Requirements & Information - OLD
Our luggage is manufactured to a very high standard and undergoes rigorous testing. Our 10-year warranty underpins our confidence in the quality of our products.
Should any fault or defect become apparent during the warranty period we will endeavour to repair, provide new parts, or replace your luggage.
You do not need to register your luggage for the 10-year warranty against manufacturing faults or material defects.
Please keep your original receipt of purchase, invoice or online order confirmation (NB. Bank/credit card statements are not accepted as proof of purchase) and the guarantee certificate in a safe place in case you need to make a claim.
Airline baggage handling is the most common cause of damage to luggage. it luggage is not responsible for any damage that occurs whilst your luggage is in transit and we recommend that such damage is reported to the airline or carrier as soon as it is discovered.
Please Note: Warranty claims can take up to 28 business days to complete upon receipt of all warranty information requested.
