When will my order be dispatched?
All Standard Delivery orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt. All Next Day Delivery orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following working day. A despatch confirmation will be emailed to you, which will include an estimated delivery date and tracking links (for most carriers).
Who will deliver my order?
We use a range of carriers to deliver your order, which is determined by delivery address location and delivery method you select at checkout.
Will I know when my delivery is due?
Yes, most carriers will notify you via email and/or SMS prior to delivery with a specific date and time. You will also be able to track yourself via the link provided in your despatch email.
Will I need to be at home when my order is delivered?
A signature is required for all deliveries. We do not allow parcels to be left in a safe place.
What if I'm not in when my carrier attempts to deliver my order?
The carrier will post a 'you were not home' card which will include details of where the parcel was delivered, if applicable (e.g. a neighbour), or their contact details for you to arrange a re-delivery directly with them. Goods are typically held by carriers for 5 working days before being returned to our warehouse. You will then need to contact us with further instructions. If you require us to dispatch the goods once more, an additional charge may apply.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, you can order from our EU website if you need delivery to France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Luxembourg. Or, you can order from our US website for delivery within the USA.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, then please contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if my order is not delivered within the promised time frame?
If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your order within the given time frame, we will refund any postage costs you incurred at the point of order.
