How We Measure Guide

We want to ensure you select the right bag for your airline.  On every product page, we provide the “exterior dimensions” - these will always include wheels and handles as airlines count these in the size of your bag.We measure from the top of any pushed-down handles (e.g. a fabric handle would be pushed down, a telescopic trolley handle would be pushed down) to the floor (bottom of wheels).Side measurement from the back of the case to the front of the case at its deepest point.Prepare your suitcase by placing it on a flat surface, upright with any extendable handles fully tucked in.How To Measure The Height?Height – Measure from the top of the case (usually the top handle) down to the flat surface so that this measurement includes the wheels as well. Make sure your case is empty and closed. How To Measure The Width?Width - Turn the suitcase on its side and measure from the flat surface to the highest point. How To Measure The Depth?Depth – Lie the suitcase on its back, and measure from the flat surface to the highest point. Suitcases with soft front pockets may become deeper depending on what you pack – so ensure the depth of your suitcase remains within the airline-prescribed dimensions once packed to avoid any airport surcharges.
