• When do Gift Cards expire?

  Every gift card is valid for 12 months from the date or purchase. This information can be viewed on the email that is sent once a gift card is purchased.

• Does it Luggage offer physical gift cards?

  We only offer digital gift cards at this time (sent by email). Easy, immediate, and no shipping costs!

• Why am I asked for my address at checkout?

  Digital gift cards must be processed through our system the same way our physical products are. This is a required step for checkout but don't worry, the gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide.

• How do I view the balance on my Gift Card?

  Click on the 'view gift card' button on the email you received. This will take you through to a page that shows the remaining balance on your gift card. Alternatively, you can ask our customer services team via our Contact Us page.

• Where can I use my Gift Card?

  Gift cards purchased on this website can only be used at www.itluggage.com

• How do I use my Gift Card?

  Click on the 'view gift card' button on the email you received. This will take you through to a page that shows your gift card code. Simply copy the code and paste it into the promotion box on the checkout page of our website.

• Are there any additional charges for using a Gift Card?

  No, using a gift card to pay for all or part of an order does not incur any additional processing fees.

• Can I receive a refund for my Gift Card?

  No, all gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, returned, resold and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Can I use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card?

  No, gift cards can only be used to purchase a physical product.

• Can I use a discount code to purchase a Gift Card?

  No, discounts and promotions cannot be applied when purchasing digital gift card. However, you can apply a discount code when using a gift card to purchase a physical product.

• What happens if I want to return an item I paid for using a Gift Card?

  If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently returned for a refund, any money owing will be returned to the original Gift Card.
