WHEEL AWAY (REMOVABLE WHEELS)
One of the main features of the Convertible collection is the easy-click detachable wheels to reduce the size of your case for airline/car travel or to reduce the storage space required.

Step 1:
To detach the wheels, locate the two orange easy-click buttons on either side of the wheel. Place your index finger and thumb on the clips at the the same time pressing inwards until you hear and feel the wheel detaching, then you can pull away. Please refer to the visual action above. -
Step 2:
Once all wheels have been removed, please place them back in the branded it wheel travel bag to keep them secure so they don't get lost or broken. The bag allows you to store the wheels in with your luggage. -
Step 3:
To reattach the wheels, please use the same motion of holding the wheel with your index finger and thumb, then push the wheel back towards the easy-click buttons until you hear them reattach and click into place. Please refer to the visual action above.

WHEELS ON
For example, the cabin case with the wheels attached the will be 21.8" inches (55.5cm) and when the wheels are removed your case will be 19.7" inches (50.2cm). The size of shrinkage applies to all cases within the Convertible collection. -
TRAVEL BAG
When ordering a Convertible suitcase, you will receive the detachable wheels in a branded travel bag to help with protection, organisation and packability. You will get a travel bag for every case you order. -

All Convertible cases come with a Travel Sentry® Approved combination lock for the ultimate security and allows your luggage to be opened, inspected and relocked by security authorities at the airport without damage to the case. -
Interior
Each case comes with a fully lined bright orange "it" monogram interior, featuring a zippered main compartment with an additional mesh pocket, finished with compression straps to aid in organisation and packing.

Where are my wheels?
Your wheels will be inside the case within a black branded cloth travel bag.
Please note, if you purchase the 6pc set, you will receive all of your suitcases wheels in the smallest case (underseat).

storage space required at home.
Can the wheels be replaced if damaged?

What happens if I lose my wheel?
If you lose a wheel or a set of wheels, we may be able to replace them for you, please contact our customer service team.
How do I detach the wheels?

You must depress the orange easy-click buttons on either side of the wheel, and pull the wheel away from the case to remove.
How do I reattach the wheels?
To Reattach Wheels:
You must line up the orange easy-click buttons with the openings on the case, depress the buttons and push the wheel into position and you will hear it click.
What is the size difference with wheels on/off?
Effortlessly shrink the size of your suitcase by 2" inches (5cm). For example, when the wheels are removed from your Cabin case the height will be 19.7" inches (50.2cm) and with the wheels attached the case will be 21.8" inches (55.5cm). This applies to all other sizes, the wheels are 2" inches (5cm).
How will the cases arrive?
They will arrive without wheels attached (stored in the smallest case which will be the underseat if ordered as a full 6pc set) and you need to reattach them yourself. We have an easy step-by-step instruction guide above which you can follow on how to do so.
Do the wheels fit each size case?
The easy-click wheels are universal, each wheel are the same size so you don’t have to worry about keeping cabin wheels with the cabin and so on. Each set of wheels will come within a branded travel bag.
