  1. The Prize

The Win Your Order Back competition prize is in the form of a refund for the full value of the winning order. This includes any delivery fees incurred.

This prize is non-transferable, and no alternative prizes or cash alternatives are offered.

  1. Entering The Giveaway

To enter the Win Your Order Back giveaway luggage orders must be placed between 26.08.23 and 28.08.23 – We’re giving you a full 72 hours to enter! Your order must have a minimum value of £100 excluding delivery.

For us to enter you into the competition and make contact with the winners you must be subscribed to our newsletter and marketing communications.

The Free Standard Delivery discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion/discount code.

  1. Contacting The Winners

The three winners of this giveaway will be notified via email only. The winners will be contacted on or before 09.09.23 and must accept their prize within 5 working days of notification. If the chosen ‘winner’ does not claim the prize, this will be void and a new winner will be selected.

Upon contacting the chosen ‘winner’, we may ask for you to provide proof of identity to ensure you are eligible to receive the prize.

Please note that it Luggage decision on the ‘winner’ is final. 

  1. Making changes to the Competition
