HOW IT WORKS

Creating your personalised panel couldn't be easier. Simply choose a design from our huge range of templates, pick a text layout option, customise the text (and font), and then just add to your basket.
2. CLICK
Once you've received your personalised panel directly from our printers, fitting it to your Modify case literally takes seconds. Follow the simple instructions enclosed or take a look at our short how-to video.
3. CHANGE
Customise your suitcase for every trip you take. Simply swap one panel for another so that your case matches your next city break, follows the latest fashion trend, or just reflects the mood you're in!

What is Modify?
Good question! Modify is our new case that lets you switch out panels to match your trip, your mood, or your personality.
Buy one case, then customise it with interchangeable panels whenever you fancy a change.
How can I buy Modify?
You have 3 options available to choose from:
1. Modify case on it's own (choose between a Cabin or Large)
2. A case + panel bundle
3. Panel on it's own (when you want to give your Modify case a make-over).
We have a huge range of pre-designed templates (or upload your own photo), all fonts and colours can be customised.
How long will it take me to personalise my suitcase?
You can be done within a couple of minutes.. Simply choose from our huge range of pre-designed templates (or upload your own photo), select your font and colour then add to your basket. Easy!
Can I upload my own photo to print on a panel?
We would love you to! As well as pre-designed templates, you can upload your own photo. You can also use design apps e.g. Canva or Adobe to create your own masterpiece which can also include embeded text.
What size does my image need to be if I make it on Canva/Adobe etc?
For best results, we suggest you use a canvas size of 890px wide and 1210px high for Cabin panels and 1325px wide and 1935px high for Large panels.
What file format does my photo need to be?
We only accept file formats JPEG and PNG. You can upload directly from your phone or computer. For best quality, use the highest resolution version of your image. Please note the image file size must be less than 5MB.
How do I change the text on my design?
You can edit your text directly in the online editor. Use the toolbar to change fonts and colours until it looks exactly how you want. Once you’re happy, just save and continue to checkout.
Can I change my design after the order has been placed?
Unfornately not, once your order is placed, changes can’t be made as printing starts quickly. Please double check your design before confirming your order. But the beauty of Modify is that you are able to purchase and redesign panels time and time again so you are not stuck with one design.
How is my design printed on the panel?
We use high-quality UV digital printing for vibrant, long-lasting colour directly on the suitcase panel.
Can you tell me more about the panels?
Absolutely! The panels are lightweight yet durable at around 2mm thick, which have been made from polycarbonate – strong enough for travel while keeping your case easy to carry.
Can I use the case without a panel attached?
Of course, you can remove your personalised panel and insert the provided flat caps to cover the holes when using your case without any panel.
How do I attach and remove the panels?
No effort needed! Our panels are designed to be quickly and easily fixed to the case using the locking pins provided. You can view our step-by-step instructions here.
Do I need tools to change the panels?
We have you covered! Every Modify case comes with the tool you need or alternatively, you can use a flat head screwdriver.
Will the panels stay securely attached during travel?
Yes, the panels are engineered to stay securely attached throughout your journey.
When will my personalised suitcase arrive?
Once you've ordered your Personalised case & panel, you should expect to receive it within 5-7 working days. You’ll receive a notification from us as soon as your order has been shipped from our printers.
If you order the Modify case without a personalised panel, delivery will be made from our main warehouse and will depend on the service you opt for at checkout.
Can I attach a personalised panel to my existing suitcase?
Unfornately not, these panels will only work with the Modify suitcase.
Can I return or exchange a panel if I don’t like the design?
No, unfornately all sales are final once ordered. So, please double check you’re happy with your design before ordering as you will not be able to return or exchange.
